Le ou la consultant·e (ou équipe de consultant·e·s) devra justifier :
d’au moins dix années d’expérience en évaluation de projets de développement ;
d’une excellente maîtrise des méthodes d’évaluation selon les standards du CAD de l’OCDE ;
d’une solide expertise sur les questions de genre, de féminisme et de lutte contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles ;
d’une expérience confirmée dans l’évaluation de projets menés par des organisations de la société civile ;
d’une expérience de travail au Burkina Faso ou dans des contextes comparables ;
d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français ;
d’une expérience en animation de démarches participatives.
Une connaissance des approches féministes transformatrices constituera un atout important.
