The Aim Of The Measure Is To Stabilize And Support Employable Beneficiaries With Special Support Needs And Complex Ones Problem Situations That Make Their Social Participation Or Integration Into Work Significantly More Difficult. Through Intensive, Individual And Outreach Support, The Participants Are To Be Activated, Introduced To Existing Help Systems And Gradually Connected To The Job Center'S Integration Offers. The Measure Pursues The Following Objectives In Particular: - Establishing And Stabilizing Reliable Contact With The Participants, - Improving The Ability To Participate And Integrate, - Support In Dealing With Individual Problem Situations, - Introducing Them To Further Support And Integration Offers, - Improvement Of Cooperation With The Job Center. The Service Provision Takes Place Predominantly In The Living Environment Of The Participants And Is Based On Their Individual Support Needs. Outreach Coaching According To § 16K Sgb Iib.1.2 Target Group Employable People Entitled To Benefits In Sgb Ii Receipt Of Benefits At Neue Wegen Kreis Bergstrasse With Special Support Needs For Which Intensive Care Is Required Due To Complex Personal, Social, Health Or Family Problems. The Measure Is Aimed In Particular At People - Who Are Difficult To Reach Through The Job Center'S Regular Offers, - Who Have Withdrawn From The Help System, - Who Have Not Yet Made Use Of The Support Offers Or Only To A Limited Extent, - Whose Ability To Participate Or Integrate Is Significantly Limited. 60 Places Should Be Made Available For Participants. If Necessary, An Increase In The Number Of Participation Places By Up To 20% Can Be Agreed In Writing At Any Time By Mutual Agreement. The Reference Value For Determining The Increase In The Number Of Places Is The Original Number Of Places, As Specified In The Lot And Price Sheet Of The Tender Process.
