Preventive Maintenance Of Those Elements That Require Periodic Reviews, Such As Boilers, Network Or Gas Cylinders, Deposits ... - Climbing Anti -Occupation Doors And Tasks Of Covered And Uncovered - Replacement Of Appliances, After Confirmation Of The Requested Budget - Repair And/Or Replacement Of Faucets, Doors' Locks ... Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp), In The Specifications Of Particular Administrative Clauses (Pcap). The Pptp Exposes The Ratio Of The Installations Initially Included In The Action
